About the role
As a Real Estate Product Specialist, you will join the Product team and act as the bridge between real estate practice, customer needs, product development, and AI quality.
This is not a traditional product manager role. It is a hybrid position for someone who knows the real estate industry well and wants to help shape a technology product. You will help us understand how real estate professionals actually work, define what the product should support, train our internal analysts, and review the quality of Amiio’s AI outputs.
Your role is to make sure Amiio is not only technically strong, but also accurate, useful, and trusted by real estate professionals.
What you will do
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to translate real estate workflows into clear product requirements. This includes areas such as lease analysis, rent rolls, asset management reporting, tenant analysis, valuations, budgets, portfolio performance, and investor reporting.
You will interview customers and users to understand how they work today, what problems they face, which workflows create the most value, and where Amiio can improve. You will turn these insights into clear input for Product and Development, helping the team build features that are grounded in real customer needs.
A key part of the role is reviewing the quality of Amiio’s AI chat and product outputs. You will check whether answers are accurate, commercially useful, properly grounded in source data, and aligned with real estate logic.
You will also train and support our internal analysts. This means explaining real estate concepts, creating practical training material, building internal playbooks, and helping the team improve how they review documents, data, and AI generated answers.
Responsibilities
- Interview customers and users to understand their workflows, pain points, and product needs
- Translate real estate workflows into product requirements
- Help define features for lease analysis, rent rolls, reporting, portfolio insights, valuations, and asset management workflows
- Review AI chat answers and product outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and real estate logic
- Train internal analysts on real estate terminology, workflows, documents, and KPIs
- Create internal quality standards, training materials, and playbooks
- Structure customer feedback into clear product insights
- Support product discovery, user testing, and quality review
- Act as the internal real estate expert for the Product team
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in real estate asset management, investment, property management, real estate finance, or a similar field
- Good understanding of leases, rent rolls, asset reports, financial statements, valuations, budgets, and real estate KPIs
- Ability to explain complex real estate topics clearly to non real estate people
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Product mindset and curiosity about AI, data, and technology
- Comfortable working with product managers, engineers, analysts, customer teams, and senior stakeholders
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with PropTech, SaaS, data products, or AI products
- Experience training analysts, junior team members, or customer facing teams
- Experience with systems such as Yardi, MRI, Salesforce, Exact, or similar platforms
- Dutch language skills a plus (English is a must)
