    We help customers bring together financial data, tenant information, contracts, documents, and reporting workflows so they can make better decisions, faster.

    The role

    We're looking for our first-ever Customer Success Manager; and this isn't a support role with a fancy title.

    Amiio landed enterprise clients before we even went public. Until now, Danny Pinto himself (SVP Customer Success & Operations) was taking care of this, but since the company is growing fast, we are on the lookout for an expert to take over and work on this as a team! Now we need someone to make sure those clients don't just use the product - they love it, expand it, and can't imagine working without it. You'll own the entire customer journey from the moment a contract is signed: onboarding, adoption, the tricky parts where financial and operational complexity meets new software, and the moments that turn a client into an advocate.

    You'll work directly with our customers and sit at the intersection of product, data, and leadership. What you build here; the playbooks, the processes, the relationships; it becomes the foundation of how Amiio does Customer Success. A challenge with real impact.

    What you will do

    • Lead customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live
    • Create clear onboarding plans, timelines, and follow-ups
    • Coordinate customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders
    • Help customers provide the right financial data, tenant data, documents, and reporting inputs
    • Work with our technical team and financial specialists to translate customer financials, reporting structures, chart of accounts, and business logic into the Amiio platform
    • Train customers and support them during the first phase of usage
    • Manage customer relationships after go-live
    • Monitor adoption, identify risks, and spot expansion opportunities
    • Collect customer feedback and share clear input with Product, Data, and Engineering
    • Help build scalable onboarding and customer success playbooks

    What we are looking for

    • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Onboarding, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
    • Experience in B2B SaaS
    • Experience onboarding or managing business customers
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Comfortable working with technical teams
    • Able to understand business processes and translate customer needs into product setup
    • Structured, proactive, and strong in follow-up
    • Fluent English, written and spoken
