    Amiio Subprocessors

    This page provides information about the third-party subprocessors used by Amiio to deliver and support the Amiio platform.

    Amiio may engage trusted third-party service providers to perform specific services on our behalf. These providers may process Customer Personal Data solely for the purpose of delivering and supporting the Amiio platform and related services.

    Amiio carefully selects subprocessors that maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures and processes Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    Amiio's primary infrastructure is located within the European Union, and platform data is hosted on cloud infrastructure located in Belgium.

    Purpose of Subprocessing

    Subprocessors may process limited Customer Personal Data only as necessary to support the following functions:

    • operation and hosting of the Amiio platform
    • AI-powered document analysis and insights
    • platform analytics and performance monitoring
    • infrastructure management and data storage
    • customer communications and support

    Subprocessors are contractually obligated to process Personal Data only on behalf of Amiio and in accordance with Amiio's instructions.

    Security and Data Protection

    Amiio requires subprocessors to maintain appropriate security measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

    Where required under applicable law, Amiio implements appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

    Updates to This List

    Amiio may update this list of subprocessors from time to time as our services evolve.

    Customers will be notified of material changes to subprocessors in accordance with the applicable agreement between Amiio and the customer.
